The new partnership will see Handler Property manage a portfolio of 34 assets, a figure that is set to grow in line with Centennial’s ongoing acquisition program.

Handler Property’s Director of Asset Management, John Postle, says the landmark decision marks a new phase in the company’s journey.

“Our success over some of Australia’s major property agencies is a reflection of our innovative client service approach.

We’re simply not built like other agencies. Centennial valued the versatility and flexibility we offer, our ability to build a team, and systematic approach designed specifically to meet the client’s growing needs,” said John.

Handler Property will provide a broad property management and facilities management solution that includes preparing, managing and reporting on operating budgets and stakeholder management.

“Our relationship and management skills will be instrumental in ensuring the satisfaction of landlords, 64 customers, including large national tenant occupants, service contractors and local authorities, to help deliver on long term success,” said John.

“Our growing partnership with Centennial marks Handler Property’s first major institutional asset portfolio win.

“Centennial has a very specific hands on partnership style of ownership and expansion, and with the input of our key team members, we have the ability to deliver a high quality, tailored property and facilities management solution that will provide enduring value, continuity and consistency.”

Centennial is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, and operates across several niche sectors of the Australian property market including industrial and logistics, luxury residential, commercial, retail and social infrastructure.
