Leo’s first engagement in the facilities management industry was in 2013, commencing as a team leader before transitioning to an assistant facilities manager role.

In 2020, Leo joined JLL as a Facilities Manager at Smith Collective, formerly know as Commonwealth Games Village, before an opportunity to join QIC in 2021, as Facilities Manager of multiple key commercial assets.

During his time in the industry, Leo has worked for major clients such as JLL, GPT Group, Growthpoint, UBS and QIC.

Leo is regarded highly for his ability to quickly satisfy client and tenant needs, ensuring his assets remain compliant and with the highest presentation standards.
