Richard is an experienced Facilities Manager who has worked across a variety of asset classes including Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Alternate Real Estate.

Throughout his career he has worked in conjunction with industry leading clients such as Lend Lease and UBS with one of his most notable achievements being his involvement in aiding the delivery of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Athletes Village.

His intricate understanding of project planning, maintenance and operations, occupancy and space management compliments his commitment to both occupant experience and bottom line owner results.

Richard has a Bachelor of Business, Property Development and Marketing and is regarded highly for his ability to both ensure his assets are compliant and well-presented, as well as build strong and professional working relationships with stakeholders.
